The Community Fund program offers assistance to Putnam City students
in need of eye exams, eyeglasses, medications, hearing aids, and other
minor medical necessities. The fund aids students who otherwise could
not afford such care.

- Assistance Request Forms
- Assistance
request forms are available from the nurse’s office at all Putnam City
schools. Approval must first be granted from the Putnam City district
nurse. In turn a voucher will be provided for the student family to use
in the office of a participating doctor.
- Donations
- The
Putnam City Public Schools Foundation is a 501(c) 3 charitable
organization. All donations made to the Community Fund program are 100
percent tax deductible. You may make your financial donation by
contacting the Putnam City Public Schools Foundation at (405) 495-5200, ext. 1205. Payment types accepted: cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
