Early Birds

Research shows that children learn best between the ages of birth to three years.

Early Birds is a school readiness program for families in Putnam City Schools that provides parents with tools to teach their preschool age children language learning, math and reasoning, and social/emotional skills before they enter Kindergarten.

Participants believe that these sessions help them to better understand their child’s development. They also fell less stress when playing and interacting with their children because they use the parent kits given to each participant that contain age appropriate educational toys, books, and tools. All classes are conducted in English and Spanish.
